Refund Policy

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any services, sessions, or offerings provided through this website or in person, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. No Refund Policy — Absolutely No Exceptions

All payments made for services, consultations, rituals, readings, classes, or digital content are final and non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Client satisfaction or expectations

  • Perceived effectiveness of services

  • Schedule conflicts, technical difficulties, or changes in personal circumstances

  • Misunderstanding of the nature or scope of the service

This policy applies under all circumstances. There are no exceptions.

This includes payments made via:

  • Online bookings

  • Third-party processors (e.g., Wix, PayPal, Stripe, Cash App, etc.)

  • Deposits or partial payments

By completing your purchase, you agree to waive any right to dispute or reverse charges based on dissatisfaction or claim of non-delivery unless there is documented, willful fraud.

2. Exchange of Services (Case-by-Case Basis)

While refunds are strictly prohibited, a one-time exchange or rescheduling of service may be considered at the sole discretion of the service provider and only under the following conditions:

  • The request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled session

  • The reason for the request is communicated respectfully and clearly

  • The exchange is equal in value and within the same category of service

Exchange is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing. Abuse of this policy will result in permanent denial of future services.

3. No-Show, Tardiness, and Cancellation Terms

  • If you do not attend your session or fail to appear within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, and your payment will be forfeited.

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s slot.

  • Missed or late appointments will not be rescheduled or refunded unless pre-approved as an exchange.

4. Respectful Conduct Required – Zero Tolerance for Aggression

This is a sacred and protected space. Clients are expected to behave with respect and integrity.

Any of the following behaviors will result in immediate termination of your session without refund, and you may be permanently barred from future services:

  • Yelling, threatening, or using hostile language

  • Manipulative, entitled, or abusive behavior

  • Attempting to force additional services not agreed upon

  • Recording sessions or violating privacy boundaries (see Privacy Policy)

You will remain financially responsible for the full amount of the session regardless of how early the session is terminated due to your behavior.

We reserve the right to report serious violations to appropriate authorities if necessary for personal safety.

5. Chargebacks and Legal Enforcement

By using this site and purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals under false pretenses or dissatisfaction. Attempted chargebacks may result in:

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

  • Reporting to fraud monitoring databases

  • Possible legal action for breach of contract, harassment, and defamation

We take financial fraud and abusive refund tactics seriously and will pursue all legal remedies available.

6. Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy in full

  • You consent to be legally bound by the above terms

  • You understand the spiritual nature of the work provided and that no guarantees are made as to results or timelines

If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or schedule a service.
